to optimize the

stress while toning
and conditioning
it. The workout
is an hour divided
into 4 parts: Warm
up, Cardio, Pilates
and Breathing. Pilates
props such as dynaband,
sticks, foam roller,
dumbbells, ankle
weights and towels
are used in this
course.

Flower Arrangement

of flower arrangement

Participants will
learn various floral
formations to suit
different functions.

Belly Dance
Participants will
learn such moves
as hip slides, hip
circles, hula-hula,
reptile charm, hip
shimmies, upper
body isolations,
hip twists, hip
drop, change, Egyptian
walk and pelvic
lifts/drops. They
will also be introduced
to the use of a
veil and cymbals.
